Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is hiring a Critical Facilities Technician in Mansfield, TX to operate and maintain our 24x7 data center infrastructure. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire safety, and building management.

This role requires hands-on problem solving and coordination with contractors. The position offers overtime opportunities and a team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety, change

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–5 years in electrical or mechanical critical facilities.
• Alternatively 7+ years of HVAC or mechanical/electrical tech experience.
• Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime; 12-hour shifts possible; day/night/weekend/holiday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Oversee HVAC components, plumbing, generators, fire/life safety, and building management systems.
• Coordinate electrical operations, energy management, and change control processes.
• Receive work orders; document activities in CMMS; liaise with Facility Manager for materials.
