Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Critical Facilities Technician for a swing shift to support 24/7 data center infrastructure. The role involves monitoring electrical, mechanical, and building systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and documenting readings and incidents in shift logs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in data center operations, critical facilities, industrial maintenance, or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Use BMS, EPMS, and DCIM platforms to monitor system performance and respond to alarms.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks per schedules and procedures.
• Follow SOPs/MOPs/EOPs accurately and consistently.
• Troubleshoot equipment, support incident response, and escalate uptime-impacting issues.
• Coordinate vendor work and ensure safe, proper execution.
