Job summary

Applied Digital, Inc. is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to oversee the reliability and performance of the datacenter infrastructure at Harwood, ND. You will supervise maintenance, monitor alarms, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime and safety.

This role requires strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, the ability to read blueprints, and CMMS proficiency. You will also manage Capex and Opex budgets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in managing a data center critical infrastructure or 5+ years' in managing critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of medium voltage systems and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and complex schematics.
• CMMS and common office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, life safety, and general building (MEP).
• Perform site inspections and monitor datacenter alarms.
• Lead vendors in maintenance activities and review MOPs/scripts.
• Supervise all critical maintenance activities and manage site Capex/Operations budget.
• Recommend Capex projects for efficiency and improvements.
• Occasional weekend work for maintenance schedule and emergencies.
