Salute is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer II to join the on-site Data Center Operations team in Kansas City. You will support one or more facilities, focusing on mission-critical infrastructure and SOPs to ensure peak availability and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience with UPS, HVAC, generators, BMS, and CMMS systems, with expertise in electrical or mechanical disciplines. Collaboration with the Engineering Manager is essential for incident response and audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mission-critical facility operations experience.
• Proficiency in electrical or mechanical systems.
• Experience with CMMS, DCIM, and power metering systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mission-critical systems: UPS, HVAC, generators, fire/life safety, BMS, CMMS.
• Respond to BMS alarms and escalate as needed.
• Create and close change management work orders and incident reports.
• Supervise vendor installations and audits.
