Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Tysons, VA is seeking an Associate Director – Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for large-scale data center projects. This client-facing role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multi-project programs across Northern Virginia.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cost management within construction, experience leading teams, and will bring knowledge of procurement strategies and contract management to deliver value for clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cost management experience in large-scale construction.
• Experience leading teams on multi-project programs.
• RICS certification or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management teams across large data center programs.
• Manage client relationships and project cost controls.
• Oversee reporting of commercial and cost status.
• Drive best practices in cost management processes.
• Mentor staff and develop team capabilities.
