Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a DC Ops Cost Analyst to drive cost planning, forecasting, and control across our data center lifecycle. You will dive into cost models, benchmarking data, and project schedules to optimize capital efficiency and empower leadership with actionable insights for location strategy.

You will collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants, build program-level forecasts, and prepare detailed estimates for deployment decisions, while contributing to a robust risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost management, construction cost planning, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction budgeting and cost modeling to optimize capital efficiency.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain program-level cost forecasts across multiple projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and support commercial risk assessments for location decisions.
• Research benchmarking data on construction costs and market rates.
• Coordinate with internal cost control resources and external cost consultants to ensure cost accuracy.
