Data Center Frontier LLC in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Owner's Rep - Construction Cost Controls Director to lead project controls across multiple data center sites. You will manage cost forecasting, budgeting, change management and earned value for critical facilities construction projects.

The role demands 10+ years in project financial controls in data center or critical facilities construction, with at least 3 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project financial controls on data center/critical facilities construction projects
• 3+ years of management experience
• PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification a plus
• Advanced project management skills and client-relations expertise
• Data Center experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, Salesforce; budgeting and reporting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities and ensure delivery of project controls strategies
• Establish client goals, implement action plans, and communicate with stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis; prepare cost reports
• Lead project controls team; mentor staff and drive standardized delivery
• Analyze financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining client relationships
