Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Cooling Marshall to lead cooling and mechanical systems on data center and mission-critical projects. This role drives coordination, installation, startup readiness, commissioning readiness, and turnover while partnering with MEP superintendents, mechanical partners, controls teams, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cooling or mechanical scopes on construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Experience with installation, quality control, mechanical completion, turnover, commissioning and startup.
• OSHA 30 preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Willingness to travel and relocate per project needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the cooling scope from installation through startup and turnover.
• Coordinate cooling systems, installation activities, startup requirements, and readiness with field teams.
• Manage thermal LOTO, system isolation, and configuration control for cooling/MEP systems.
• Collaborate with MEP superintendents, trades, vendors, controls, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Lead quality inspections, walkdowns, punch lists, and deficiency resolution.
• Support commissioning readiness, cutovers, mechanical completion, turnover, and client acceptance.
• Track risks and field issues to keep work moving safely and in sequence.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams as needed.
