Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Controls Technician who will deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS systems across multiple data centers. You will mentor Facilities teams and manage small-to-medium projects while performing diagnostics and field-device testing in aligned infrastructure.

The role requires knowledge of industrial controls, low voltage wiring, and calibration tools, with strong focus on safety and change management in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include knowledge of industrial controls systems, meters, sensors, relays, and calibration tools.
• Experience with low voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, and field devices in facilities.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and shifts, and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS systems across data centers.
• Mentor Facilities team members in BMS/EPMS operation and control.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance of BMS/EPMS hardware and software.
