Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Controls Critical Facilities Engineer for our Prineville data center to own and optimize building automation, power monitoring, and life-safety systems.

You will work with DCO teams to implement solutions that ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency in a critical environment. The role requires a BS in mechanical/electrical/computer engineering or equivalent, 5+ years with control system software, and experience with VM concepts, PLCs, and virtualization platforms such

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent vocational achievements and practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement building technologies solutions and enable DCO Facilities teams with respect to these technologies and day-to-day operations of critical facilities.
• Manage solutions for building management, translating enterprise IT and InfoSec requirements.
• Analyze metrics and articulate data trends visually and verbally.
• Assist with design and implementation of projects to improve efficiency and code and configure controls within the BMS and EPMS environment.
