Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in Commercial Management and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Must be used to fast-paced dynamic environments with many stakeholders.
• Exposure to Mega Projects is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the change management team on multibillion dollar Data Center construction projects.
• Review contract language to identify scope changes and determine merit for contractor requested changes.
• Provide timely analysis of changes and claims and recommend appropriate negotiating strategies.
