Qualifications
15+ years experience in Commercial Management and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Must be used to fast-paced dynamic environments with many stakeholders.
Exposure to Mega Projects is a must.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the change management team on multibillion dollar Data Center construction projects.
Review contract language to identify scope changes and determine merit for contractor requested changes.
Provide timely analysis of changes and claims and recommend appropriate negotiating strategies.
