Base pay range

$170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale, complex projects, coordinating multiple contractors, and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules and budgets for projects typically ranging from $100 million to $150 million.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and risk mitigation efforts to proactively address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, construction codes, and company quality standards.
• Monitor project financials including cost tracking, change orders, and forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Facilitate procurement and logistics planning to optimize material delivery and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide project engineers, superintendents, and other project staff.
• Support client satisfaction by providing transparent communication and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, with at least 3 years focused on hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex schedules, large budgets ($100M+), and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
• Thorough understanding of construction safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites
