E Tech Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead site safety for data center projects in Frederick, MD. You will develop safety plans, provide trainings, and enforce safety regulations on site.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, CHST/ASP/CSP certifications, and proficiency with SafetyMojo, BIM 360, and Procore. Local to Frederick and on-site reporting are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and trainings.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and mitigation planning.
• Lead safety inspections and PPE oversight.
• Coordinate safety training with contractors and GC.
• Submit weekly safety reports.
• Walk the site to identify hazards and mitigation.
• Lead high-risk activity oversight and safer work practices.
• Participate in weekly safety committee meetings.
• Investigate injuries and participate in root cause analysis.
• Promote core values and teamwork across projects.
