Job summary

Actalent in Port Washington, WI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical construction for data centers. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships from preconstruction through turnover.

This permanent, onsite role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of electrical systems, project controls, and safety. You will coordinate with owners, GC, engineers, vendors, and field teams and drive milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Construction Project Manager Data Centers (Electrical Contractor)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects for large-scale data centers. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
