Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead data center construction initiatives. The role is based with a 50% travel requirement and a 50% split between Dallas, TX and Meridian, MS, ensuring effective handovers, commissioning, and closeout with our construction team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or 5+ years CM/GC experience, strong communication, cost forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5+ years CM/GC experience.
• Frequent, high-quality, transparent information flow and escalation is required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction design, bidding and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent communications and escalate risks needing mitigation.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Development and Design teams prior to mobilization.
• Manage monthly pay applications and perform financial reviews.
• Lead planning with Operations for customer handovers and commissioning.
• Coordinate with OFCI vendors and General Contractors on logistics and deliveries.
• Oversee daily logs, photos, trackers, safety audits, and meeting notes.
• Manage contractor contracts, POs, and change orders.
• Maintain milestone schedules and develop executive project reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
