Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Demonstrated track record of managing commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience with project budget management including cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle phases for data center construction.
• Track project budgets and assist in securing expenditure approvals.
• Support General Contractor bid processes and contract negotiations.
