Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Mount Pleasant, WI area to lead interdisciplinary construction teams on data center projects.

You will drive staffing, budgeting, and risk management while coordinating design through close-out with clients and senior leadership. Responsibilities include bid and preconstruction activities, RFIs, schedule control, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Estimating, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, field supervision, financial reporting and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects.
• Actively participates in safety and quality control activities.
• Assumes responsibility for staffing and budgetary controls.
• Assists in bid package development, pre-qualification activities, and budget preparation.
• Leads preconstruction meetings and coordinates RFIs.
• Analyzes risk and schedule-related issues, including long lead materials or equipment impacts on cash flow.
• Maintains relationships with customers.
• Analyzes project delivery approaches and facilitates implementation.
• Oversees close-out and claim resolution.
• Serves as primary contact for senior leadership on critical initiatives.
