The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee a data center project in Boydton, VA. This role requires leading on-site subcontractors and field staff, ensuring safety, and coordinating with the Project Manager on schedule, budget, and manpower.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' field and project construction management experience.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong cost, schedule, and safety management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Construct the project per plans, schedule, specs and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field crews on site.
• Champion site safety per company policy.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage schedule, budget and staffing.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule using scheduling software; prepare two-week look-ahead plans.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve schedule and scope.
