Job summary

Aegis Project Controls is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to provide construction management support for a data center practice. The role requires 3 to 10 years of construction experience and a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Escalation of risk to the client is the top priority, with decisions on schedule, cost, safety, and design coordinated with the client and A/E team. Responsibilities include reviewing pay applications, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs;

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Escalate risks to the client to ensure transparency.
• Review payment applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Review change orders and ensure supporting documentation.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and trackers to monitor progress and risk.
• Lead daily meetings with the CM and coordinate with Architect/Engineer.
