Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Construction Integration Manager in Northern Virginia to lead the integration and fit-out for data center builds or leased facilities. You will manage scopes, dependencies, and coordination with the construction team and general contractor, ensuring a smooth handover to Operations.

The role requires a strong background in data center construction, telecoms project management, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management experience in data center construction and integration.
• Experience coordinating scopes and interdependencies between stakeholders.
• Proven ability to self-direct and lead complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• PM of all integration and fit-out activities for new data center build or lease facility.
• Identify and manage scopes and interdependencies among stakeholders and coordinate with construction/GC.
• Coordinate handover process and ensure documentation and expectations are met for Operations team handover.
