Nox Group is seeking an Equipment Operator to support data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. The role focuses on safely operating heavy machinery and performing site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance in outdoor construction environments.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience with heavy equipment, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, laborers, and other operators.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery in construction or similar setting.
• Proven ability to follow safety protocols and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, forklifts, and cranes safely.
• Perform grading, digging, and material loading with precision.
• Prepare sites by clearing, grading, and excavation.
• Transport and manage construction materials and equipment on-site.
• Maintain and inspect machinery; report defects promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Document daily activities and equipment usage for records.
