Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in facility construction.
• Experience working on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• Experience in MEP, Concrete, Steel, and other construction systems.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; willing to travel 70+%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate work with crafts and resolve construction problems.
• Monitor compliance with safety programs and manage resources.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
