Job summary

Glumac seeks a Commissioning Authority to join our Data Center Commissioning Team. You will lead field testing, create checklists, and manage the commissioning process for data center projects, with exposure to multiple project types.

You will work in the office and on site, participate in meetings, and maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry standards while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in related industry; 2+ years in datacenter commissioning, operations, or construction.
• ANSI/ISO Accreditation Cx Certification (BCxA CCP, ACG CxA, ASHRAE BCxP).
• Strong technical knowledge of datacenter MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning process for assigned projects and conduct field functional testing.
• Create pre-functional and functional checklists and document results.
• Lead commissioning meetings and manage the process across projects.
• Maintain issue logs and compile commissioning reports.
• Support project management tasks and adhere to procedures and safety standards.
• Perform on-site observations and ensure safe work practices.
• Travel to data center sites as required (approximately 50%).
• Collaborate with owners, design teams, contractors, and operators.
