Job summary

POWERSOURCE AUTOMATION AND CONTROLS is looking for a Journeyman Electrician for Data Center Commissioning in Lincoln, NE. This full-time role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on electrical experience and a valid Journeyman Electrician License in Texas. Responsibilities include performing electrical checks, supporting energization of PDUs, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on, on‑site electrical experience.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and procedures is a strong asset.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical point‑to‑point checks to verify system integrity and proper installation.
• Conduct pre‑energization inspections and checks prior to system startup.
• Support safe energization of power distribution units in accordance with OSHA and NFPA standards.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Education

Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas
