Salute Inc. is seeking a CMMS Planner/Data Center Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in Sparks, NV to oversee and schedule vendors and internal facilities teams for CMMS tasks, maintain established maintenance frequency, and route on‑demand activities.

This role emphasizes safety, data integrity, and proactive planning to keep critical systems available. You will generate detailed CMMS reporting, coordinate with client change management, train new users, manage equipment records, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS systems to schedule and coordinate facility maintenance.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel within the US.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule vendors and internal Facilities Teams for CMMS tasks.
• Maintain established maintenance frequency and scope standards for CMMS tasks.
• Monitor and route On-Demand maintenance activities and ensure safety requirements.
• Provide CMMS reporting and analytics to drive efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Client Change Management systems to schedule equipment maintenance.
