Our Data Center Engineering Operations team maintains and operates our critical infrastructure systems to ensure readiness against any situation.

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating AWS’s global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that enable our customers’ access to innovation. We tackle challenging problems involving complex supply chains and are seeking talented individuals to join us.
You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and others. Collaboration across AWS helps us uphold safety and security standards while providing extensive capacity at minimal cost. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment critical to data center uptime, including generators, switchgear, UPS, chillers, cooling towers, water systems, and fire safety systems. The CE leads, trains, and supports technicians, manages projects from start to finish, and collaborates with external teams across local and global settings.
