Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Capacity Analyst in Secaucus, NJ to join our Data Center Intelligence program. You will partner with Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management to deliver dashboards, optimize inventory, and drive efficiency through automation.

The role requires a 4-year degree in finance or business, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. AutoCAD, Revit, Tableau or Power BI experience are highly valued. On-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Engineering coursework is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records using inventory management software.
• Maintain floor planning drawings, and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboards for cross-functional teams.
• Identify highly utilized electrical equipment and support mitigation tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor operational objectives and implement process improvements.
• Create ad hoc reports and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
