Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, low-voltage, or data center.
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and label CAT6 and fiber optic cabling according to installation plans.
• Assist with racking and staging materials and tools on-site.
• Help install cable tray, ladder rack, J-hooks, and other pathway supports.

Skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

Education

High school diploma or GED

Tools

Basic hand tools (tape measures, fish tapes, cable cutters)
