Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technician 1 to install and maintain low-voltage cabling in a data center. You will run cables, terminate wiring, and ensure safe, compliant installations. The role involves indoor/outdoor work, confined spaces, and customer interaction to address concerns and provide support.

You will follow safety and quality standards, read blueprints, and contribute to project progress with stakeholders. Training and supervision are available as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to read floor plans and construction blueprints.
• Familiar with low-voltage cabling and safety standards.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and testing tools is a plus.

• Install/decommission network cabling in a Data Center.
• Deliver repeatable, improvement-focused solutions and processes.
