Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Cable Technicians in Allen, Texas to support data center construction efforts. This position involves installing structured cabling systems in active data center environments while adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in cabling or telecom, a strong work ethic, and be able to commit to a demanding work schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Ability to commit fully to the 6am–6pm, Monday–Saturday shift.
• Prior experience in cabling, telecom, low-voltage, or data center environments.
• Familiarity with structured cabling systems (copper and/or fiber).

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and secure Cat5, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling in a data center environment.
• Follow site standards, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas.
