Job summary

Mantis Innovation is seeking a Building Controls Technician II/III to install, program, commission, and service BMS and EPMS within data center environments. You will own projects from startup through commissioning, collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure reliable operation.

The role offers a field-based setting with 40–50% travel, competitive base compensation in the six-figure range, annual bonus opportunities, and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and networked controls.
• Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and wiring drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, commission, and troubleshoot BMS and controls systems.
• Perform startup, commissioning, and service of building automation systems.
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams to meet schedules.
