Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a BIM/Designer to join the Data Center team in Memphis, TN, designing, building, operating, and maintaining electrical infrastructure for AI training campuses. You will work with a small on-site team to scale high-capacity power systems on schedules driven by compute demand.

The role requires producing BIM/CAD models, maintaining standards, performing clash detection, and coordinating with mechanical and structural models.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years BIM/CAD production experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years producing electrical or multi-discipline BIM/CAD packages for data centers.

Responsibilities

• Own drawing standards, revision control, and the as-built process for electrical packages.
• Produce and maintain BIM and CAD models: equipment, raceway, tray, busway, and layouts.
• Run clash detection and issue coordination before construction.
• Maintain master document list and configuration control across packages.
• Support design engineers with plan, section, and isometric production.
• Capture as-built markups and close them into the operating record.
• Enforce a single tagging scheme across pillars for consistent equipment IDs.
