DSV USA is seeking a Data Center Associate for the Kitting-C shift in Lockbourne, performing material orders, inventory management, and server assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, checking part numbers and quantities.
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
  • Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
  • Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams.
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools.
  • Operate straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks.
  • Keep work area clean and safe in line with 5S standards.

Responsible for providing and maintaining effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management as well as various customer material movement requests. Responsible for the assembly and installation of servers and various electronic components using a variety of hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $21/ hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
