Responsibilities

• Create and update asset-related tickets in ServiceNow.
• Use DCIM tools to verify locations, rack positions, power, and inventory.
• Support asset inventory, audits, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations and Asset Management teams.
• Maintain asset and location data across enterprise systems.
• Follow asset management processes and documentation standards.
