Job summary

Tate Inc. seeks an AHU Product Manager to lead data center product development, launch and cross-functional execution. You will partner with design, manufacturing, procurement, and marketing to deliver products on time and within cost targets across multiple US sites.

Strong background in HVAC product development, controls, and vendor management is required, with travel 25–50% to project sites and suppliers.

Qualifications

10-15 years’ relevant experience in HVAC product development and support.
Experience in HVAC product manufacturing and development.
Experience in HVAC controls at the product and BMS level.
Knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor sourcing.
Ability to read technical electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

Work with design and manufacturing teams to develop a new data center product to be launched this year.
Lead the development of product literature: data, installation and operation manuals, marketing material, submittal templates.
Collaborate with marketing on literature publishing and trade shows.
Coordinate with factory and commercial teams to understand costs and cost profiles.
Work with installation teams to ensure product design supports site deployment.
Monitor inventory and manage vendor relations and compliance.
Assist with project forecasting for resource and material planning.
