Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is hiring Project Managers to lead design-build construction programs across data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical projects. You will manage complex scopes, coordinate with field teams, and drive project success on a growing national platform.

Ideal candidates have GC/design-build PM experience, strong financial and subcontractor skills, and willingness to travel to assignments.

Qualifications

• GC/design-build project management experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up or technically complex construction.
• Strong financial and subcontractor-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel to project assignments as needed.
• Data center experience preferred; candidate experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare or distribution is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead procurement, cost management, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and field leadership.
• Manage subcontractor performance and project schedules.
• Maintain owner and design-team relationships.
