Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Engineering & Architecture Consultant to build and maintain enterprise metadata catalogs, ensuring datasets are documented, traceable, and discoverable for mission stakeholders.

You will implement data governance standards aligned with Advana’s architecture and operate within Databricks environments to manage metadata for diverse data assets, collaborating with data engineers, platform teams, and mission analysts. On-site in DC/NOVA or remote as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience in federal government data environments.
• Hands-on Databricks experience with Delta Lake, metadata management, and ingestion workflows.
• Knowledge of data governance including lineage, cataloging, quality, and stewardship.
• Ability to document datasets, schemas, transformations, and lineage.
• Strong collaboration with technical and mission stakeholders.
