Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $59.63/hr

Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join their team remotely. Responsibilities:

• Supporting Worldpay Integration for the client
• Conducting various types of research and analysis to support the business operations to an internal business segment, division, group or line of business
• Assists management to resolve business issues in an effective and productive manner
• Designs, documents and re-engineers' business processes and publishes business metrics results
• Work with large spreadsheets to: Analyze data (contract, spend, sales, revenue) from 4-5 separate systems; Create stories from data; Build dashboards, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations; Use macros, indexing, sorting, and data analysis techniques
• Summarize meeting notes and distribute them to attendees
• Read and interpret contracts to understand the nature of work
• If exceptional, may present to executives
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze and summarize data to create communication dashboards, executive level reporting, presentations and summarizing meeting notes
• Familiarity with contracts and procurement tools a plus
• Experience doing procurement M&A at a consulting firm would be nice to see
• Procurement experience is a plus
• Familiarity with contracts
• Industry experience not required but nice to have
• Must be able to synthesize and present insights clearly
  
  

Experience With

• AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot)
• Excel
• Dashboard and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc., preferred but not mentioned specifically)
• Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
