Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with data manipulation libraries.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA/Power Query.
• Experience designing, building, and documenting data pipelines or ETL workflows from scratch.
• Comfort working with messy, real-world data and explaining decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document and map the current data flow, including inputs, transformations, manual steps, and outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Redesign and implement automation using Python and SQL, replacing fragile spreadsheet logic.
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and delivery across multiple sources.
• Build validation checks to ensure automated output matches or improves manual processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, or templates for non-technical stakeholders to consume outputs.
• Document the new workflow clearly and enable handoff to the broader team.
