Job summary

Frontier Science is seeking a Data Associate I to support Data Managers in New York. You will perform data entry, verify data quality, run routine reports, and help resolve data queries to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires an Associate degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and database applications. You will work in a collaborative team environment and may assist with staff training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• One year of experience in clinical trials or related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; ability to work with database applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into electronic data capture systems and perform routine data quality checks.
• Prepare and track data queries; routinely run reports and review outputs for accuracy.
• Assist Data Managers and participate in staff training and conference calls as needed.
• Support door coverage and other duties as assigned.
