Job summary

Qualitate in New York City is seeking a Data Operations Associate to join the core data quality, process, and tooling functions. Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Operations, you will ensure information flowing through our systems is accurate, reliable, and ready for client use.

This hands-on, high-ownership role involves building pipelines, refining QA processes, tackling edge cases, and designing scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Data Operations or QA analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting data errors and edge cases.
• Strong data validation and quality-assurance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage data QA processes and iterate on workflows.
• Handle data escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Build compliance guardrails into data processes.
