Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Architect Lead to design and govern long-term data strategy across engineering, flight test, and certification programs. You will establish scalable data organization and access frameworks spanning multiple sources and systems.

The role includes serving as the program lead for strategic initiatives—managing schedules, budgets, and resources—and guiding adoption of data-driven processes through digital program management tools within engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems or related)
• 5+ years supporting engineering data environments and digital engineering initiatives
• 1+ year of technical leadership or program management
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain
• Experience with flight test, DoD, or aviation programs
• Experience with PLM, MBSE, or Digital Thread

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term data strategy and architecture vision for engineering, flight test and certification programs
• Lead program management for strategic initiatives including schedule, budget and resources
• Support implementation of digital program management tools and drive adoption of data-driven processes across engineering organizations
