Job summary

CODEplus is seeking a Data Architecture Analyst to bridge finance teams and LCNC engineers. You will design data schemas, map workflows, and translate Army financial requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for a new platform.

You will ensure the platform provides role-based dashboards and tailored user experiences that support mission-critical data workflows and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher).
• 5+ years of business or functional analysis experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and supporting system migration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, data structures, calculations, workflows, and write-back processes to transition functionality off GFEBS BW.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and maintain requirements traceability from current state through LCNC implementation.
• Draft essential user guides, data dictionaries, and SOPs to support the sustainment handoff.
• Communicate effectively with functional users and technical teams to ensure data ingestion preserves source lineage and control totals.
