Position Overview

Fathom Management is seeking a Data Architect/Program Lead to support the FBI in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale data solutions. This role combines hands‑on data architecture with technical leadership, with a particular emphasis on cloud‑based data platforms, data mesh architecture, data governance, data products, and scalable ETL infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work across data domains and stakeholder groups to ensure data architecture supports analytics, self‑service capabilities, data discoverability, and long‑term organizational objectives.

This position is primarily remote, with periodic onsite requirements at the FBI CJIS facility in Clarksburg, WV for equipment pickup and in‑person meetings as needed.
