Genesis10 is seeking a SQL Data Architect for a 6-month hybrid contract in Pittsburgh.

Compensation: $60-75/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Architect to join our team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture solutions that support business needs and ensure data integrity across the organization. A strong background in SQL and SSIS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage data models, database architecture, and data integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, database development, or related roles.
• Proficient in SQL and SSIS.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
