Job summary

Loyola University Chicago seeks a DATA ARCHITECT ANALYST to advance our BI, reporting, and data warehouse initiatives across ITS. You will analyze requirements, implement ETL processes, and optimize interfaces with clients while ensuring data integrity and performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in information systems or CS, and strong SQL, BI tools, and data warehouse knowledge to support university operations and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong SQL development and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with BI reporting and ETL tooling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and current procedures to improve BI and reporting.
• Interact with clients to install, configure, train, operate, and troubleshoot BI/reporting.
• Support development of client reports, dashboards and interfaces using ETL/Data Warehouse tools.
• Install, configure, upgrade and tune BI and ETL software.
• Create documentation of interfaces, reports and applications.
• Support Loyola’s mission and change management processes.
• Perform related duties as required.
