Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks an IT Specialist (Data Management) to architect data solutions, develop data products, policies, and strategies, leveraging AI/ML/NLP to support national security missions. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and coordination with DoD/DCSA data management systems.

The incumbent will plan, develop, and test secure enterprise data architectures, identify gaps in NBIS data architecture, and liaise with NBIS, PEO, DCSA, and DoD

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and tests secure enterprise data architectures.
• Coordinates with system owners to ensure compliance with DoD and DCSA data management systems.
• Interprets DoD/DCSA policy for NBIS initiation and management.
• Reviews proposals affecting NBIS architecture and liaises with technical experts.
• Identifies gaps in NBIS data architecture compliance and in development projects.
