Job summary

Dexian, a global staffing and IT solutions provider, seeks a Lead Data Architect in Minneapolis to drive architecture and hands-on delivery for Microsoft Fabric data and analytics initiatives. You will design data products, build cross-layer data pipelines, and establish scalable models for reporting and analytics.

Collaborating with business, reporting, and technical teams, you will ensure security, governance, and data quality at scale while delivering comprehensive architecture documentation

• Lead architecture and hands-on delivery for Microsoft Fabric data and analytics initiatives.
• Design and build workstream-aligned data products supporting the overall data mesh strategy.
• Develop ingestion, transformation, and curated data pipelines across bronze, silver, and gold layers.
• Create scalable data models and semantic structures for reporting and analytics.
• Define and implement security, access, and governance controls for sensitive data.
• Collaborate with business, reporting, and technical teams to translate requirements into deployable solutions.
• Optimize data performance, quality, and reliability for large-volume datasets.
• Produce architecture documentation, implementation standards, and handoff artifacts.
