Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and will be responsible for creating data architecture strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data integration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data architecture solutions that support business objectives and data management strategies.
• Lead the development and maintenance of data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through the implementation of data governance practices.
• Utilize Informatica MDM to manage master data and ensure consistency across various systems.
• Develop and enforce data management policies and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and MDM.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM is a deal breaker.
• Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• In depth knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certifications in data management or architecture (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 15 years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Proven track record of successful data architecture projects.

The pay range for this role is $120k - $150k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
