Incedo Inc. is seeking a hands-on Snowflake Data Architect to lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data platforms for a Wealth Management client.

You’ll drive architecture decisions, define standards, and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions on AWS and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in data engineering/warehousing with deep Snowflake experience and strong communication across teams.

Formación

• 14-18 years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture.
• Hands-on Snowflake Architecture & Platform Design.
• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Extensive ETL/ELT Design and Data Warehousing experience.
• DBT, Spark/PySpark, Python proficiency.
• Knowledge of Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Data Sharing, Streams & Tasks.
• Strong governance, metadata management, and data quality practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Mentor data engineers and establish architecture standards across programs.
• Guide engineering teams through design, implementation, and production support.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on Snowflake Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data platforms for a Wealth Management client.

This role is ideal for someone who began their career as a Data Engineer and progressed into Snowflake Architecture, maintaining strong hands-on expertise in modern cloud data engineering practices. You'll drive architecture decisions, define data platform standards, and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on AWS and Snowflake.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Snowflake data platforms.
• Define Snowflake architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT frameworks leveraging DBT and Snowflake.
• Design secure data-sharing and data exchange solutions.
• Develop Snowpark-based processing frameworks and utilities.
• Implement Dynamic Tables, Streams & Tasks for modern data pipelines.
• Drive Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data Quality initiatives.

• Optimize Snowflake performance, scalability, security, and cost.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture solutions.
• Guide engineering teams through design, implementation, and production support.
• Mentor data engineers and establish architecture standards across programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must Haves

• 14-18 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture & Platform Design.
• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Extensive ETL/ELT Design and Data Warehousing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• DBT (Required)
• Spark / PySpark (Required)
• Python (Required)
• Experience with:
• Snowpark
• Dynamic Tables
• Data Sharing & Secure Data Exchange
• Streams & Tasks
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.
